Return Policy
Our products are specially crafted upon receiving an order. As a result, certain terms and conditions apply.
Should any issues arise with your purchase, it is essential that you notify us within 72 hours of delivery by email.
We can only accept returns for items that have been delivered in a damaged condition, such as a defective print or a damaged item.
In the event of a return, we will provide you with guidance on how to ship the item back to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
